Ons huis ligt heel centraal, maar aan een rustig en zeer charmant plein dat uitkijkt op de "Canal Grande"; het kloppende hart van de stad. De iconische Rialtobrug ligt op slechts 15 minuten wandelen en in 3 minuten bereikt u de dichtstbijzijnde OV boothalte 'Riva de Biasio', vanwaar u eenvoudig heel Venetië kunt verkennen.
U heeft toegang tot het volledige appartement met circa 150 m² leefruimte is het de perfecte plek voor een familie of een kleine groep. Ontspan na een dag sightseeing in de privé-jacuzzi, strek u uit op de comfortabele sofa’s of geniet samen rond de grote eettafel.
