Our house is very centrally located in an authentic neighbourhood on one of the most charming squares of the city which is facing the ‘Canal Grande’; the heart of Venice. It’s only a 5 min walk to the Venice train station, 15 min from the iconic Rialto Bridge and in 3 min you are at the nearest public transport boat stop 'Riva de Biasio' that gives you easy access to explore full Venice.
You will have access to the full appartement. With 150 m² living space, it's the perfect stay for families or small groups. Unwind after a full day of sightseeing in the private jacuzzi, stretch out on the inviting sofas, or gather around the large dining table for some quality time together.

Discover the neigbourhood
Our apartment is located in the charming district of Santa Croce – besides charming its also the most convenient place to arrive in Venice, because it's the first district whether you come by train, car, or bus.
Just around the corner to the left, you’ll find some restaurants and bars, along with beautiful little squares and alleys to explore. A local favorite for families is Campo San Giacomo, only a 5-minute walk away. Here you can truly experience everyday Venetian life: pick up fresh fruits and vegetables at Ortofrutta S. Giacomo, enjoy a very good ice cream at Gelato di Natura, or sip a refreshing aperitivo at one of the bars.
Heading in the other direction, just one minute away, is Rio Marin – a picturesque canal with some small bistros and pastry shops. Stop at the Conad grocery store for your daily needs and enjoy sweet treats at Pasticceria Rio Marin, or discover in the side street the excellent local wines at Cantina da Fior. Strolling further will bring you to Campo dei Frari, home to the impressive Basilica dei Frari and surrounded by lively cafés and shops.
If you love cocktails, make sure to stop by Il Mercante – one of Venice’s most creative cocktail bars. And for something sweet, Tonolo is a must: order a quick coffee at the bar and choose from their irresistible pastries.
When it comes to dining, Venice has many good restaurants. To make the most of it, choose places run by Venetians – it makes all the difference in quality and authenticity. We’re always happy to recommend our personal favorites. Be sure to try some classic Venetian dishes such as Baccalà mantecato with polenta, Sarde in saor, and Bigoli in salsa. And of course, no aperitivo is complete without a plate of traditional cicchetti!
